Our Next Virtual Meeting

Our online book club "Smart Remarks" will discuss Breaking Dawn on August 24th, plenty of time for you stragglers to to finish it up, right?
(Does that work for you, Cristin? Cuz it might be just you and me again.)

But I would be much obliged if everyone who read it posts something this time.

I'm sure you are all dying to know what I thought about the book, but you have to wait. I'll try to keep it clean this time.

I am going to demand a re-meeting when I read this book. I am already three pages into Twilight. That's the first one, right?

Memzy--or anyone else who will be gone on Sunday--you can actually write your post ahead of time and have it post automatically on 08/24/08, if you want to. After you're done writing it, just click "post options" below the box, and change the post time and date. Then click "publish post" and it will schedule your post to go up on the future date.

And, just so ya know, Amy, and just so I can brag, I reread the entire series in just over a week, even taking a few days off in the middle for company.

I can not believe there are people out there who haven't read them...what's wrong with you? haha

I"m with Amy. I just finished Twilight.

I can't decide if it's my kind of fiction, though. I'm still thinking about it. But I'm not buying any more, I have to wait until my turn at the library. Then, I have to find time to actually read it. I don't have much leisure reading time, unfortunately.

Maybe I should limit my blogging time....
